Run 1940

Run 1940 - 23. November 2009

The LOCATION
End of College Rd. Berrimah

The RUN
Set by: Goose and Crusher

A reasonable pack of 34 runners/walkers/lazy, non walking, drinking bastards gathered on another steamy Buildup Monday night to welcome Crusher back to the fold. Your Scribe missed the start of the run because he is almost legless thanks to the NT Dept of Health. However, good authority has it that the run started down the hill on the dirt road at the end of College road. Across the road towards Hidden Valley speedway, round the back of the Go Cart Track, down some Power lines, through the Mud Racing Track and back up Berrimah Rd. The short cutters came in from everywhere from about 6.30pm. The first of the real runners got in about 6.45pm and the rest of the pack were home before 7pm.

BACK AT THE TRAILER
Yes, we had the trailer AGAIN! That venerable International Hasher, Charles Eaton (Eaton Heaps) appears to have returned to DH3 for a prolonged stay. Beautiful NT Sunset ruined by two Wankers

THE BOOZE
VB cans and Cascade Light cans (glass free?)

THE CIRCLE
We had our real GM (Gash) and our real Choir Master (Gonzo) However, Goose managed to lead the down down song twice during proceedings before Gonzo could start.

DOWN DOWNS

We had Ice, so, first on the ice was HIV for running out of sight (not following trail).
Goose was fined for a dummy spit when there was a problem with the BBQ gas.
Fullbottle got a downdown for his 46th Birthday
New Runners – Nobody.
Returning Runners – The General, Eaton Heaps, Crusher and Penny. The General has been overseas 365 times this year so the girls are tired of seeing his dipped willy.
Visitors – Nobody
Chook Fucker – Toejob forgot the Chook so took over the ice from HIV.
At the end of the Circle, the GM forgot Toejob was still on the ice and had to be reminded by the Pack
JOKES – Goose told a good one about a big gong being an alarm clock.
Jenset told a very old joke about a Gin and a Cricket Ball then redeemed herself with one about the Wife talking to the cat.

The Circle finished at 1940hrs

THE TUCKER Hot Dogs with Hot English Mustard, Chilli Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Cheese and real Buns. (The bread kind you dirty …..)

THE HARES  Goose & Crusher
