There
are no rules in hash, but, there are some things you should be aware of:
1:
You hash at your own risk. The Hash
Committee takes no responsibility
for you and/or your dependents/guests.
2:
You are responsible for your own dog. You
should control them before, during and
after the run.
3:
Hashers to ensure that drivers remain within
the legal limits.
Hash Trailer: “Has been damaged.”
If you use the trailer and you damage it you repair
it.
Until further notice the trailer will now be stored at

Run
1794 –
The
Run:
The first thing
to say, and
this is to keep those happy who hate street running, what a boring run. A run set by two heavy weights of hash.
Started off
from Alawa Oval
and from there through the streets of Alawa, passing the Alawa school
on
towards Dripstone Road then past Nakara School on to Cas Club into
Wanguri then
along Trower Road back down to Nakara school and past the Nakara shops
then on
to a piss stop at CDU. This was a keg of
Blonde and some heavy, mid and light stubbies.
Some people thought they were smart and were able to short cut
the first
half of the run. This they seemed to
take great delight in. But, they were
not so enthusiastic when the run turned for home and they were a long
way out. They even missed the piss stop. Better luck next time.
Score: The base run
get a score of 5. There is minus 1 point
for street run with no
shiggy. There is a further minus 1 for
no snags. There is a plus 2 for the piss
stop which also had an industrial bin for disposing of empties. 5

DOWN
Stakeout
was choirmaster.
Dregs forgot to
bring the
red wine. This was missed by all in
sundry.
HIV was fined
for having his
back to the GM
Bones and HIV
were fined for
not holding the checks. As Bones is
still on the dry, Barbwire was his proxy.
Gonzo was fined
for annoying
the GM. Not hard to do eh?
Chips was asked
to explain
his sore leg. He explained it was a calf
muscle problem and the pack accused him of bullshitting to the GM.
Stakeout fined
Pussey for
having his dogs photo in the NT News.
Pussey was upset as they took 20 photos of him and one of his
dog and
only used to photo of the dog.
Chips was
reminded that he
has next weeks run. He had forgotten.
Saint Physio
went home early
because he was not well. I hope it was
not the dummy he was shown at the piss stop that caused him his
troubles.
Chook
– Question on who
has the chook.
Guest claims the GM has it. A
check back on the records shows Toejob has it.
Returning
Runners – Fatboy, Pussey,
Grunter and Kraft
Visitors – None
Fine Master
– Not present.
Hash Jokes – Goose told a
true story about Frank and his Viagra.
Hare – Rhino and
Scrappy
Tucker – Spag Bol and
garlic bread
Other
Matters;
It would seem
that some of
the people who turn up to hash after the run has started are reluctant
to pay
hash cash. There are no rules in hash
but, pay up you bastards. Hash cash
should not have to chase you for payment.
Complaints:
Use of the ‘C’
word.
Would you use
the word in front of your children or your mother?? No?? Then
think about the people who live near
where the circle is being held. (I do
accept that in some cases some people never had a mother so they would
not
understand what it means.)
We have not
been harassed by
police but, if we continue to use the “C” word, we soon will and once
that
occurs you could probably see a breathalyzer nearby.
Hey, if we are out bush, no worries, but, in
suburbia, that’s different.
Use
of Commonwealth land or private property for setting Hash
runs.
Any
hares that are contemplating setting
runs that may enter onto Commonwealth land are to rethink their run. No runs are to enter onto Commonwealth
property. The same applies to private
property. If you want to use this area,
then seek permission to do so. If
permission is granted then all is well otherwise stay away from the
area.
Remember, there
are no rules in Hash, but, other people
do have them.
