.We all set off going up the stairs to the esplanade, where the runners and walkers separated. Heard later the runners encountered more steps near the old Stella Mavis building. The walkers wandered their way down the side of the cliffs on the stairway opposite Surpreme Lawcourts, having completely lost the trail to Convention Centre. We followed each other across the new seawall to the other side where we were told to go back by Security. Thankyou: but we decided to continue and managed to squeeze thru hole in the fence. Fairly easy as we are all so slim. Short walk back to the trailer. Pleasant time. The run must have been strenuovs I guess.

Returning runners: Tinsel from Gold Coast - down down to a tuneless chorus, nice to see her again, Definitely not wearing hash gear: SBS and Bones (without Chook) got a down down. Fines: Saint Physio..something about running up and down a hill to start a motor? or maybe his bike? useless down down note. Furburger and Quarteroff down down for managing to lock their bicycles to a ploe and the lock wouldn't unlock. I wonder what happened. Virging runners: Laura from Darwin, introduced by Roxby.
