Run 1873
Run 1873 - 11. August 2008
The LOCATION
The RUN
Set by Enola and HIV
First of all I not not a secretary, I don't even have an apprentice anymore. So if you got any problem see the GM and I can assure you he won't care! First thing was shoe drinking. Furburger had new shoes and hoped nobody would notice but I think maybe 1 or 2 didn't notice because these shoes were so shiny... Next we had a naming. Her former name was Tina and she came from Tennant Creek, so GM decided to call her “Tumbling Weed” By the way there is a song and the lyrics are “And down like a tumbling weed I found myself stranded high and dry.” So I am not sure if something high and dry is appropriate for a harriette? But we will see. Saint Physio got a down down for not knowing where the hash was and Fullbottles father got one for filling up Fullbottles diesel car with petrol. We had 5 returners – Mash, Bones, Woodchip, Damitjanet and ???. Bones was the next candidate for a down down because he left his stubbie cooler in GM's car at our AGPU. But I wonder why GM found it now our AGPU was in May! We had a fine for OBE and Mango for disrespect and HIV got a down down and the chook. He brought the wrong trailer and if somebody didn't notice, no this was not our trailer! Barbwire was asked to sing the down down song but he could just remember our old one, what a shame!
Last but not least we a a visitor from Geelong and of course our hares for a down down.

The RUN
Set by Enola and HIV
If you know this area you would have guessed it was a little bit of park and street running and basically around the block. It was marked with white arrows and I think it was not really hard. But HIV had something special for the walkers. He printed a Google map with a marked trail. So well done, we really couldn't get lost. The run itself was easy, no hills and not too demanding and we had a piss stop at HIVs house with Stone/Ginger drinks. Altogether a good 42 min stroll, so longer than last week and we had some more people running and also some more staying at the trailer (not our trailer).
