The LOCATION
The RUN

It's end of dry season but we still had 5 visitors: Bob from Brisbane, a Kiwi, Pussy from Melbourne, a motorbike girl and a girl without a name. Our Melbourne visitor was a ex GM. Hope he said hello to all Ex-GM's of Darwin Hash this would have kept him busy. Furburger had to sit on ice again for disrespect but he was soon replaced by Virgin Blue for talking to much. Virgin Blue had really difficulties to sit down. I wonder why...We had Rhino, Horse, Dregs, Toejob and Tabasco as returners and Gonzo got a down down again for being on the news. GM decided to name another person. She did a long backpack trail but GM reckons she had a slave carrying her backpack, so her new name even she is not a Pacific Islander will be Kanaka. Barbwire offered a joke but Mango's was better he forgot it half way...Then we had Genset, a visitor, Barbwire again and Goose for more jokes. Now it was Fullbottle's turn on the ice and we had a fine for Tabasco for stealing stones. Our GM visitor gave away some hats for Darwin Hashers. Afterwards we had a down down for ¼ and a second down down for Peephole for 1000 runs.

I know it was Quarteroff's 1000th run and I should say something nice. And I heart some runner like the trail but even than what kind of trail/hash run is it if you lose all your walkers and all these walkers missed the piss stop! The hare wouldn't give any directions where the trail would go or where the piss stop would be. BUH!!! The run started Amy Johnson/ Tiger Brennan and went into the bush, crossed the highway, up the hill, down the hill, over a small creek to a piss stop somewhere. It was set on blue tape. Walkers were back after 30 min without piss stop, runners after 50 min and they didn't look too bad, so I guess it was not hard enough.
