The RUN
Set by KFC & Quarter-off

This run started with three false trails and I think because of it two runners decided it was enough exercise and stayed at the trailer. The rest set off for a long run through bush, a bit of water crossing, street running and a long long way around. And then we got lucky. It started to rain and I mean this shower -like rain. It took less than 3 min and there was nothing left dry . Mango opened his truck as a shelter and at least our GM and 8 other short cutter/ non runners didn't had to drink in the rain.

The CIRCLE
First I must say I'm surprised I can read my notes, as you can imagine rain has no respect for On Secs. Our circle started with new-shoes-drinks for Bones and Pady. GM fined Weejimmy for not sharing his Barra catches and Woodchip for leaving his birthday wife Damitjanit at home. We had Woodchip, Bones, SBS, Mango and Killer as returners. Barbwire had a short speech about the meaning of VB on Guest tshirt but in the end there was no consent about the real meaning. (Very Big was one option.) Pad got a fine for not respecting a National Park (don't ask what he did) and Crusher got a fine for her fear of getting lost and staying behind (poor girl). GM gave Mango an appreciation note for opening his truck as a rain shelter. Gonzo tried to nominate two hashers for our chook but it was not accepted. We got a short trip report from Bones and his story about General and two poor Asian students. The German engineered bike won! We had a fine for Furbuger for talking but NO fine for Cricket this time. Our hares got their traditional down down and we also had two jokes.
