Mango madness came early to Darwin this year. Hare, Mango did this run by himself. He excelled in all things except one. He set a trail for the Runners and a Trail for the Walkers. He had two Piss stops. His one mistake. CHECKS!!! There were fuckall checks. OK, there were three checks in a 7km run and two of those were piss stops. The runners headed off around the Pint cricket oval to the Golf Course, along the back of the two Par 5s bordering the RAAF base and along the back of the Malak and KOA caravan park. Then up into Malak and Moil with Piss stops at Paqualin St and Mango’s place on Scales St, Moil. Then On On home. The walkers went behind the Marrara Netball courts, followed Rapid Creek to McMillans rd, past the Airport/Marrara Hotel and up to the Piss Stop in Scales St. The last runner got in at about 1915hrs. A good long run but not enough checks.

RA, Bones – Fined General for absconding to KL to avoid his RA duties for two years and then returning to Darwin 2 weeks after Bones was reappointed RA
